I realized the billing process is confusing only after the second invoice

I went through the billing and payment process carefully, but the moment it clicked for me was not at the start. Initially, everything seemed straightforward—the sign-up was easy, and the first invoice looked fine. However, when the second invoice came, I realized the calculations and payment instructions were confusing. Despite following the documentation, I still felt unsure whether the charges were correct or if I should have reached out for help immediately. The lack of clear breakdowns made it hard to reconcile the amounts with my records. I had to contact support to get clarifications, which was an additional step I hadn't expected, especially since the material provided seemed adequate. Given this experience, I am not confident I wouldn't need extra assistance next time, especially because the payment reminders and invoice formats don’t fully explain the charges in an easily understandable way. The process overall feels like it requires getting used to, but I think the gap in clarity can cause delays or confusion for users who prefer straightforward billing from the start.
