I realized it wasn't matching my working hours
At first, I was hopeful about using WorkFromHomeIndia’s software and services because I thought it would suit my lifestyle. Unfortunately, once I started exploring the sign-up and onboarding journey, it became clear that the system was not designed with my working hours in mind. The calling tools and dialer always seemed to activate only during times when I wasn’t available, forcing me to adjust my schedule in inconvenient ways. Training was available, but it didn’t adequately address managing different time zones or flexible hours, which was a real drawback for me. The database feature seemed robust but didn't fit well with my workflow, especially when combined with the rigid timing of automatic updates that often interrupted my calls or tasks unexpectedly. Support tried to assist but couldn’t really offer alternatives for my specific needs. The invoicing and payment processes were fine, but that wasn't enough to compensate. I realized pretty early on that although the platform might work well for others, it just wasn’t compatible with the hours I actually work, which was disappointing. It clicked that this wouldn’t be a sustainable solution for me.
