I never quite understood what they meant by ‘priority support

From the moment I signed up, I found the labelling and wording in the WFHI platform confusing, which made me frustrated. For example, when I first tried to reach telephonic support, I noticed the term ‘priority assistance’ in the menu, but it wasn’t clear if I was eligible or what would be the difference from the regular support options. Then, the dashboard used terms like ‘database setup’ and ‘workflow management’ interchangeably, which added to my confusion. I tried to find help in training materials, but the labels there didn’t consistently match the software interface. While trying to use the dialer, I came across buttons that weren’t clearly named, so I hesitated before clicking them. The sign-up process and invoicing were straightforward enough, but they were followed by unclear steps on payment options. I wanted to resolve these issues by calling support, but again the explanation did not clear up the naming conventions. Only after spending quite a lot of time and making multiple calls did I somewhat grasp the intended meanings, but the moment when it really clicked was still quite fuzzy. Overall, clarity in wording and labels could be improved significantly to avoid these early frustrations and time wasted.
