I never quite trusted the support team, and that was a problem
Throughout my experience with WFHI’s telephonic support and communication, I struggled to feel confident that my issues would be handled effectively. Initially, I called hoping to get clear guidance on some problems I faced with the dialer and database syncing, but the answers I received often felt vague. Despite repeated calls, the assistance didn’t really resolve my doubts or the glitches I encountered. The support seemed overloaded or unprepared at times, and I found myself second guessing whether the automatic updates might break something else again. This lack of confidence made the whole process stressful. Onboarding and training did provide some foundation, but when issues came up later, the help desk couldn’t fully reassure me. The sign-up and invoicing process was okay but didn’t compensate for the poor support experience. By the end, I concluded that WFHI’s communication and confidence-building around tech glitches just weren’t strong enough to keep me comfortable using their software reliably.
