I might try again but with a bit more prep
Browsing the WFHI site and trying to understand what tools I needed took some time. The information was generally well laid out, and I found decent explanations of key features like the dialer and database. However, I wished there were more clear pointers about the onboarding flow and how training would actually proceed after purchase. The sign-up process itself was simple and transparent, and the invoicing matched what was described during pre-purchase research. On the downside, I struggled initially to figure out the support options included with the software. Some details about telephonic support and response priorities weren’t obvious until after I was already a customer. This meant I had to spend a few days figuring things out that could have been clearer upfront. Still, the software itself worked well once I got through the early learning phase. If I were to do it again, I’d approach the purchase with more questions about training and support to ensure I know what to expect. So while I don’t regret the decision, I also wouldn’t rush into it without extra preparation next time. The overall experience felt balanced — neither simple nor overly complicated — but with room for clearer communication before buying.
