i had to figure out most of it myself, but it was doable
Signing up with WFHI was pretty straightforward, but once I got the software, I realized a lot of the actual setup was on me. The invoicing process was clear enough, so understanding payments wasn't a big issue. However, the product didn’t come with a lot of hand-holding during the pre-purchase or installation phases. I had to spend time digging into the training materials and exploring the dashboard features to get comfortable. The calling tools and dialer were functional but required some experimentation to link with my database efficiently. Telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, though it felt more reactive than proactive during my initial days. Automatic updates kept the software current without extra effort on my side, which was nice. Overall, while the setup demanded a good amount of personal effort and self-learning, I found the experience manageable. It seemed designed for folks who prefer to figure things out independently rather than receive ongoing personal assistance. In the end, the balance between what was provided and what I had to solve felt fair, but definitely plan on investing your own time if you want to get the most out of it.
