I guess the steady support calls were the real help
I've been thinking about how easy it was to get help when I needed it through the telephonic support. Honestly, I was unsure at first whether the assistance would be quick or if I'd have to wait hours to sort out minor issues. But it turned out that the support agents were generally available when I called, and their suggestions felt practical rather than scripted. This for me stood out because during training, some software features weren't immediately clear, and trying to resolve them through text or video alone seemed limiting. Having a person to talk to who understood the software and could guide me through setting up the dialer configurations and using the database was reassuring. Although sometimes the wait time was a bit longer than desired, the actual quality of help made up for it. Beyond support, the automatic updates seemed to enhance features without annoying interruptions, which I appreciated. Signing up and setting payments also went pretty smoothly from what I recall. So overall, while I initially doubted how much help I’d get, telephonic support really turned out to be the part that stood out as most valuable.
