I figured out the essentials by myself
The onboarding and training process offered clear guidance only in parts. I ended up spending quite some time trying to piece together how the software handled call dialing and CRM updates. There were moments when the provided tutorials were helpful, but overall I felt I had to work out a good chunk by myself. After about a week of active use and tweaking, things started to flow more smoothly. The dialing tool's automation required more trial and error than I expected, and the database syncing setup was not as straightforward as advertised. Still, once the initial bumps were overcome, I had a functional workflow that suited my remote needs pretty well. The email and auto-update features kicked in without a hitch. My sense going in was that this onboarding was going to be hand-holding style, but instead, I found the self-navigation was pretty essential to get all features working best. Overall, it was manageable but not effortless or entirely guided.
