I figured most of the billing details myself, but one part was quite clear

Navigating through the billing and payments portion of WFHI software was a bit of a mixed bag, but I want to highlight the aspect that worked well. The initial sign-up and invoicing flow were decent enough; I could manage most of it by following on-screen prompts without much trouble. However, when it came to understanding how automatic updates impacted billing cycles, I had to piece together a lot of information from different sections to make sense of it. There wasn’t a consolidated explanation, so I worked out the schedule and how it might affect my invoices mainly through trial and error. This process felt a bit disjointed at times, which could be frustrating. On the positive side, the payment confirmation pages were very clear and intuitively designed, which helped me avoid errors while transacting. I also liked the reminder system for due payments, which was well-timed and noticeable. Since the overall billing system was mostly self-explanatory except for some update-related details, I ended up feeling moderately comfortable with it although I would prefer a bit more guidance in the future. So, the standout feature for me was definitely the concise and well-organized payment feedback and notification setup.
