I felt ready to work remotely after the training
The WFHI training and onboarding process was very effective in making me feel confident about managing remote workflows. It was practical and focused, starting with an overview and moving step-by-step through the software and tools we would use daily. The modules covered how to use the dialer, manage the database, and how automatic updates keep us current without hassle. By the end of the training sessions, I was sure I understood how to navigate the software; I didn’t feel overwhelmed at any point. The onboarding flow was clear and structured, helping me set up my profile and access everything I needed smoothly. I also appreciated the telephonic support they provide which helped me clarify a couple of doubts along the way. Overall, the training did exactly what it was supposed to — I now feel comfortable and ready to undertake tasks using the WFHI platform without needing constant help.
