i feel like the training gave me what i needed
Before starting, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the onboarding and training but I didn’t find myself confused once things got going. The sessions matched what I was hoping for, covering the main features of the software clearly. While the pace wasn’t rushed, it didn’t drag on either, and the examples used helped make the concepts easier to grasp. Even though it wasn’t super interactive, I was able to pick up enough detail to start working comfortably. The stepwise instructions in the onboarding also fit well with how I normally prefer to learn, so that helped avoid frustration. Text and video materials were available when I wanted to review. In terms of matching my expectations, the training landed in a reasonable place where I feel prepared to use the software effectively but not overwhelmed.
