I expected simpler labels, got mixed terms
When I first looked at the sales and pre-purchase information, I expected the wording to be very straightforward and aligned with common business software standards. However, during actual usage, I noticed that some labels and terminology felt inconsistent with what I was accustomed to. For instance, the database feature menu had terms that seemed more technical than anticipated, making navigation slightly cumbersome at times. In the onboarding process, I had expected clearer sign-up instructions and more precise labeling of invoicing options. This mismatch meant I spent more time adjusting and interpreting the terms than I initially thought I would. On the other hand, the training materials helped bridge some gaps by explaining these labels contextually, which improved understanding over time. Calling tools and dialers were labeled as expected, which was a relief. Overall, I had hoped for a smoother linguistic experience since clear labels can reduce confusion, but with some learning, I managed to get comfortable. This experience differed from my expectations mostly in terminology clarity rather than in function, which did eventually settle down after some usage.
