I expected easy support but it was just frustrating

I thought calling the support line would help me solve my problems quickly but it was the opposite. I waited a lot on the phone, only to get vague answers that didn’t fix my issues at all. The software kept giving errors, and each time I reached out for help, it felt like they were too busy or just passing me around. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but at least some clear guidance or real help to move forward was needed. Honestly, now when I face anything with the software, I’m not even sure if I want to bother with support again. It just wastes time and doesn’t deliver what I expect.
