I expected easier setup but it turned out quite complicated
I honestly thought the training would cover more ongoing setup support rather than just one-off instructions. What I got was a lot of one-time information that didn’t help much when the real routine use started. The onboarding was more about getting started than continually helping, which left me struggling to adapt the tools properly for day-to-day work. I’d assumed the software would update my workflow smoothly over time with additional training as needed, but it was mostly up to me after the initial setup. Compared with other platforms, this felt less supportive ongoing and more a one-time push. In short, I’d say it’s not what I expected for ease and continuous learning. I told a friend, 'It looks simple, but the ongoing help wasn’t there for me,' and that sums up my experience quite well.
