Mainne socha tha ki aapke training sessions se mujhe software smoothly samajh mein aa jayega aur onboarding easy hoga. Par mujhe zyadatar cheezein khud hi figure out karni padi. Aapke jo training material tha, wo thoda superficial laga, technical intricacies cover nahi hui properly. Maine training ke baad bhi dialer aur database setup mein bahut confusion face kiya. Support ko call bhi kiya but hamesha ek hi basic jawab milta raha. Mujhe yeh lagta hai ki company ko training aur onboarding ko thoda zyada detailed aur hands-on banana chahiye tha, taki main easily software use kar pati. Itna basic material dena and expecting users to manage sab khud se realistic nahi hai. Is experience se meri jo expectation thi wo fulfill nahi hui thi.
