I expected clear details but found confusing and limited info

To start with, my experience trying to find all necessary information before buying anything was really frustrating. I expected a straightforward and transparent sales process where I could understand exactly what I'd be getting, but it wasn’t like that. The website layout was confusing, making it hard to navigate and find specific product details or training content. The information about software functionalities was vague, and I struggled to get clear answers on features like the database or dialer before purchasing. Also, the invoicing and payment options weren’t clearly listed, which made me hesitant initially. I contacted support hoping for pre-purchase guidance but felt the responses were generic and didn't help me get clarity. Ultimately, I felt ill-equipped to decide because the sales and pre-purchase communication didn’t meet my expectations of transparency and ease. Given that I was looking to understand the onboarding and telephonic support features, the pre-purchase process seemed lacking. It didn’t inspire confidence or reduce my anxiety about a paid software service. For someone wanting detailed and upfront answers to prepare well before committing, this approach was disappointing. Unfortunately, this meant I didn’t proceed further, as I didn’t want to risk incomplete or unclear information after payment. The overall experience left me feeling frustrated rather than reassured about investing time or money.
