I expected billing to be straightforward and mostly it was, with little hiccups
When I started the billing and payments process for the WFHI software and training, I thought it would be a straightforward routine like other online services I’ve used. The sign-up and invoicing flow was clear enough, showing me my options and due dates, and I appreciated the automatic updates around payment deadlines. The invoices arrived promptly by email, which made my task easier. What I hadn’t counted on was the slight confusion around some payment remittance terms—they weren’t explained as clearly as I would have liked, so I had to check back with their telephonic support for clarification. That said, the support person spoke clearly and walked me through the required steps, which was reassuring. I found myself circling back to where I began but ended up feeling confident about future payments. Overall, while the billing process functioned mostly as I expected with invoices and payment options available, I’d say I might reach out again just to double-check about any updates or changes. It wasn’t perfect, but I didn’t experience significant disruptions. The system handled everything smoothly enough so I don’t anticipate major issues for future cycles, though having clearer explanations at the outset would have helped reduce my need to call for help.
