I ended up using it okay but not sure it’s better than before
When I signed up with WFHI, I wasn't fully sure how it would compare to my previous software for managing remote workflows. The sign-up experience was typical — straightforward enough, though the invoicing was somewhat simpler than I expected based on prior tools. The training and onboarding helped get me going quickly, especially on the calling tools and dialer that I rely on during my day. The database feature integrated nicely, though it felt a little less customizable than I’d seen elsewhere. I found myself wondering if the automatic updates might make things better or just add complexity, but they seemed to keep the software running smoothly without extra input from me. So overall, I use the software fine and it supports my work, but I couldn’t say it offers major improvements over solutions I used before. That’s neither good nor bad, just where I’m at with it so far. I probably expected a bit more differentiation at the outset but the outcome is broadly positive and usable.
