I ended up not fully understanding the terms before purchase
The sales process for signing up to WFHI software and training was straightforward in terms of steps, but I found the explanations given to be lacking in clarity. Important details about what exactly the software included and how the training sessions worked were only partially explained. When I tried to clarify further by calling support, the information was inconsistent at times, leaving me unsure of the invoicing process and payment timelines. There were mentions of automatic updates, but no clear description of how frequently they happened or what impact they would have on my work. The dialer tool seemed useful, yet I did not receive enough guidance on its proper use before I bought in. Although the sign-up itself was smooth, the supporting documentation or consultation didn’t help me make an informed decision fully. This lack of precise communication meant I was somewhat hesitant to proceed with follow-up training sessions. I cannot say I was satisfied with how clearly the post-sale expectations were outlined because misunderstandings cost me time later on. While the interface appeared promising, the initial lack of adequate information led me to decide against continuing further with the platform.
