I ended up needing more help than I thought I would
Looking back now after some months of using the software, I realize that despite the initial guidance and training, I still found myself needing assistance when it came to navigating certain features. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward enough, but once I started using the calling tools and the dialer, things got tricky in ways I hadn’t anticipated. The database feature seemed promising, but setting it up smoothly for my workflow was quite challenging. While the automatic updates kept the software fresh, occasionally they introduced changes that required relearning parts of the interface. Telephonic support was somewhat helpful, but I still struggled to find answers quickly, which slowed down my progress. I think the onboarding was decent, but I underestimated how much I’d have to figure out by myself. I don’t regret the experience, but I definitely expect I will need to lean on support or training again if I choose to continue using it. There’s a learning curve, and the help available isn’t always as timely or clear as I would have hoped. All in all, the outcome wasn’t as smooth as I imagined, even though some features worked well.
