I ended up figuring things out on my own
Before purchasing the WFHI software and training, I had a lot of questions about what exactly I would get and how the system worked on a day-to-day basis. The sales and pre-purchase information provided was somewhat generic; there were enough features highlighted to get a basic idea but not much detail on the specifics. Consequently, I found myself having to work out quite a few things independently after I signed up, especially around how the dialer and database integrated. The onboarding flow was available but not very clear on some parameters like how the automatic updates might affect existing workflows. On the plus side, once I got into the system, I did manage to learn and set up my remote workflows with some trial and error. The telephonic support was reachable but sometimes felt like a last resort rather than a guiding hand. I wouldn't say the process was frustrating, just that more upfront detail during the sales phase would have saved me some time and guesswork. In the end, I got it all working adequately, but it definitely took more effort than initially expected to reach that point.
