I didn’t expect training instructions to be so unclear
Honestly, I was surprised at how confusing the training materials were. I kept expecting a simple step-by-step approach, but it kept jumping around topics without clear sequencing. Sometimes I felt like I was missing something important because the explanations weren't straightforward. I even went back to the videos several times hoping things would make more sense, but they didn’t. It’s frustrating because I really wanted to understand every feature properly. Also, during the onboarding calls, the instructions seemed rushed, and I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to do something specific at my end or if the system would handle it automatically. This lack of clarity made me doubt if I was setting things up right or not. I guess I was surprised that something that should have been simple to explain became quite complicated instead. Maybe they could work on making the guides easier to understand and more consistent.
