i didn't expect this to be so complicated
starting out with the software was quite frustrating. i anticipated a smooth onboarding process, but honestly, it felt messy. the support team was not as responsive as i had hoped, and a lot of the initial setup seemed like one-off guidance with little ongoing assistance. when i ran into issues, like configuring the calling tools, it felt like i was left to fend for myself. i guess i was surprised that there wasn't more proactive communication to help me through the rough patches. each step from signing up to using the software was riddled with hiccups, and i ended up more confused than when i started. i kind of expected things to flow better, especially since they have training programs. in retrospect, it required way more effort on my part to understand things than i thought it would. it left me feeling quite frustrated overall. all i wanted was a reliable way to manage workflows, but it just didn’t work as i had hoped. hopefully, they can improve in the future.
