I didn’t expect the support to be so quick!
Honestly, I was pretty surprised by how responsive the team was when I reached out. Normally, with software like this, you expect some lag or waiting a lot, but these guys got back pretty fast every time I called up. Even on days when I was trying to figure out parts of the dialer system, I felt like I wasn’t left hanging. That said, sometimes the explanations felt a bit rushed, or not quite detailed enough for my taste. So I ended up going back and asking the same questions again. I guess that’s partly on me, too, since I’m not always great at explaining what I'm stuck on clearly. Still, it was a relief to have someone consistently pick up and try to help. I’m glad they didn’t just give me vague answers like I feared initially.
