I didn’t expect the labels to be this confusing

I was honestly surprised by how confusing the wording and labels were during the onboarding and training process. At first, I thought the software would be straightforward since it’s meant for remote workflows, but the actual labels on the database and dialer modules made things unclear. For example, some of the buttons had names that didn’t clearly say what would happen if I clicked them, which made me hesitant to proceed. During training videos, the explanations felt a bit rushed or too technical, so sometimes I had to replay sections multiple times to grasp what was being taught. The onboarding flow was logically arranged, but the language used seemed to expect a higher prior knowledge than I had. To the software’s credit, customer support was helpful when I called, and I got some clarity through them even if it took some time. Still, I expected clearer names and instructions inside the app itself. I was particularly surprised that a product focusing on remote work wouldn’t have more intuitive wording since that’s such a basic need. While I see the value in the software features, the initial confusion made the start harder than I thought it should be. The invoicing and payments part was fine and simple though, which was one bright spot. In short, I wouldn’t have expected this complexity in the labels and would hope they improve clarity soon so new users aren’t so lost at the beginning.
