I Didn’t Expect So Much Ongoing Work to Handle Billing
When I first signed up, I expected that the billing setup would mostly be a one-time thing, maybe with some occasional adjustments. What surprised me was how much ongoing effort I needed to put in managing invoices and payment details. I thought once I was through the initial setup, things would be mostly automatic, but that’s not what happened. It felt like every billing cycle demanded new info or corrections, which got really frustrating after a while. Comparatively, with other software I’ve used, once you set up your payment method and invoicing preferences, it usually runs smoothly. Here, I was always worried I might miss updating something and get charged wrongly. The support was polite but couldn’t fully reassure me that the process wouldn’t keep requiring so many manual tweaks. I was hoping to focus more on using the calling tools and database features, but instead, I spent way too much time on billing. Honestly, this was a big surprise and disappointment for me, and it made the whole experience less efficient than I expected.
