I didn’t expect so much one-off prep ahead
Starting the training and onboarding process with the WFHI platform surprised me with the amount of one-off setup it required at the beginning. I figured most of it would be ongoing or incremental adjustments, but instead, there was a clear initial phase where I had to carefully configure various settings and preferences on the software. Once I got through this setup stage, which included importing data into the database and familiarizing myself with the calling tools like the dialer, subsequent use felt more seamless and less interrupted. The training videos were detailed and walked me through these steps systematically, which helped a lot because I could pause and replay sections as needed. One thing that really helped was how smoothly the automatic updates rolled out during the week, so I wasn’t bothered by unexpected glitches. Overall, the onboarding was front-loaded with tasks that demanded attention but once those were done, I felt ready to use the system every day without much fuss. This pattern was unexpected compared to similar setups I have experienced, so it's useful to know how much initial effort you should anticipate before the workflow truly starts humming.
