I didn’t expect onboarding to be this tough compared to before
Looking back at the training and onboarding with WFHI, I realized I was pretty surprised by how different it felt compared to previous platforms I’d used. At first, I thought it would be as intuitive, especially since their onboarding materials seemed thorough and well-structured. However, the reality was a bit disappointing—I found many sections quite dense and sometimes repetitive without adding much clarity. Unlike earlier experiences where I quickly grasped the calling tools and dialer specifics, here it felt like I was forced to dive into trial and error to figure out the workflow, which was frustrating. The database feature took longer to understand and wasn’t as seamlessly explained as I’d hoped, so my efficiency dropped initially. The automatic updates did not always provide clear notes on what changed, so I had to check forums or support calls often. Telephonic support was the one aspect that was consistently fine; whenever I finally got through, they were patient and helpful. Overall, while I acknowledge the training wasn’t completely unhelpful, it was less user-friendly than I expected and took more time to get used to compared to what I remember from previous tools.
