I'd tell my friend it’s pretty easy, but you work it out yourself
When I first accessed the WFHI software, I didn’t get everything handed to me on a silver plate – I had to figure out quite a bit on my own, which was actually kind of refreshing. The interface was pretty intuitive once I played around with the dashboard and got a feel for the calling tools. I didn’t really have to wait on anyone for explanations on the software aspects because it was designed in a way that encouraged exploration. There were moments when I circled back to the database feature to understand how best to organize contacts, and that was a little trial-and-error process, but I liked that I could do it at my own pace. Automatic updates happened in the background, so I never had to worry about whether I was on the latest version. All in all, if I were telling a friend, I’d say it’s not a push-button experience but totally doable with some patience and curiosity – you work it out yourself and in the process, get to know the software pretty well.
