Having recently completed the WFHI onboarding and training sessions, I want to share how clearly everything was presented. The wording and labels used across all training materials made a lot of sense, and I never felt lost or confused while following along step-by-step. It was quite refreshing compared to other platforms where unclear labels can actually slow you down. The trainers guided me through the software in a way that felt structured but not overly formal, which helped keep me engaged. Also, the balance between theoretical explanations and practical exercises was well thought out. Overall, I’d say onboarding and training here is one of the best I’ve encountered in recent times for remote workflow software. It was well worth the time invested, and I feel comfortable now using the software on my own. If I were describing it to a friend, I’d emphasize how approachable and straightforward the whole introduction felt — exactly what you want when starting something digital like this.
