I’d tell a friend it’s solid but a bit different from before
I had used a couple of remote workflow tools before signing up with WFHI, so I had some expectations about how things should work. The sign-up process was straightforward enough, and setting up my profile and database felt familiar. What really stood out was the dialer tool; it was smooth and had some useful upgrades compared to what I’d used before — especially how calls are managed and recorded automatically. The training session helped me understand the interface, but some parts felt a little rushed, especially when dealing with the automatic updates. I wish there was a bit more clarity in some documentation, but the telephonic support compensated well by answering questions patiently when I called. I paid via their usual process, and invoicing was clear and easy to track, which is something I appreciate. Overall, while it took some adaptation because the workflow was different in certain respects, the software felt robust, and I could see how using their training and support helped smooth the transition. So I’d say it’s a good choice but get ready to learn some new ways of working compared to your old tools.
