I’d reach out for help next time, but it was pretty doable
Going through the software access and setup was, overall, smooth enough that I wouldn’t say it overwhelmed me. The interface was mostly intuitive, though I did run into a couple of moments where I wasn’t sure if I was following the right steps or if the system was responding as expected. Because of that, I ended up contacting support via phone to confirm certain parts of the process, and they helped clear things up quickly which relieved any worries. I think for someone a bit more comfortable with tech this would be straightforward, but having that back-up was reassuring. I’m pretty confident I could handle it again next time with the knowledge I gained, though I wouldn’t mind a quicker refresher or a small cheat sheet from the training materials. In short, I’d tell a friend that the software is accessible, and while you might want to double-check with support now and then, it’s not something that will trip you up too badly.
