I'd consider doing it again with some reservations
I signed up for the WFHI service because I was curious about how their tools could fit into my working hours. Initially, the sign-up and payment processes were smooth and clear, which I appreciated. The software itself offered features like a calling dialer and database that seemed promising. However, while some parts of the software adapted well to my schedule, especially the automatic updates, I found the calling tools a bit rigid in terms of timing and availability. The training sessions were helpful but didn’t fully prepare me for certain real-world workflow issues regarding my hourly constraints. Support was available over the phone, though it sometimes took longer than expected to get through. Overall, I liked the idea and aspects of the training, but certain features felt less flexible than I hoped. Given these mixed feelings, I would consider using WFHI again but likely only if they improve the adaptability of their tools to varied work hours. It’s clearly a solid platform with room to grow and better accommodate individual needs, which matters a lot in remote work settings.
