I could not understand the labels or descriptions
The outcome of my attempt to sign up and access the software was unsuccessful because the wording and labels during the process did not make sense to me. The instructions provided on the website and in the product interface were confusing, and I struggled to determine what exactly I needed to do at each step. For example, the buttons and menu options had unclear descriptions, which made it hard to navigate the software. Even after trying to contact support, the explanations I received relied on terminology that did not clarify matters for me. As a result, I was unable to complete the setup or make use of the software features. The training materials and database features mentioned seem to exist, but I could not find my way to them or understand how to access them. The payment and invoicing process was presented, but without clear guidance, I did not proceed further. In summary, the lack of clear, plain language in the product prevented me from using it at all, and I left without being able to evaluate anything else about the service or software.
