I could not make sense of the labels and wording

The software made available a number of menus and options very quickly, but the wording used in parts was not clear. It took me several tries to figure out what some buttons were intended to do, because the labels did not match what I expected in such tools. For example, the naming for the call logs and database entries was inconsistent, making it hard to track relevant records. The automated updates applied without clear notice, and their descriptions used jargon that I had to look up. Access to the dialing features was consistent, but the interface did not feel intuitive and needed adjustment. This lack of clarity slowed my workflow and led to errors in using the software. The sign-up and invoicing seemed simple enough, but the terminology used inside the software itself caused hesitation. I did not find a moment where it fully clicked how I was supposed to navigate or what specific labels referred to, which was frustrating.
