How much time I spent figuring things out afterwards
Reflecting on my time with the training and onboarding after several weeks, I realize a good portion of it involved me figuring things out on my own. The initial sessions covered the basics well, especially introductory parts for using calling tools and managing the database. But beyond that, I found there wasn’t much detailed guidance on optimizing workflows or advanced dialer settings. So I spent additional hours experimenting with the software outside of the official training to tailor things to my needs. Automatic updates sometimes added or changed features without immediate explanations, so I had to seek out support or online resources to keep up. That said, telephonic support was available and generally helpful once I contacted them, although the wait times could be long. The sign-up and billing processes were straightforward and didn’t add extra hassle. In conclusion, the onboarding gave a solid start but I ended up investing considerable time myself to really understand and use the platform effectively.
