How much effort it really took to get support rolling
Initially, I found that engaging with support took more effort than expected. The process wasn’t seamless; I had to repeat some information and questions during calls, which was a bit frustrating. However, on the positive side, the support team remained polite and didn’t rush through the explanations. Waiting times were moderate; not too long, but enough to be noticeable, especially when I needed quick help to resolve dialer configuration problems. Despite these minor inefficiencies, the quality of help was reliable and technical guidance was clear, which balanced out the inconvenience of repetition. Also, they proactively checked in once the initial issues were resolved to ensure everything was functioning properly. Weighing it all, the effort it took from my side was somewhat more than I hoped for but manageable, and in the end, I was able to use the calling tools and database features with more confidence. If they can streamline intake and reduce redundant queries, the support experience would move from good to excellent quite easily.
