How Long It Took To Get Started, In Short
The whole process from signing up for the software to actually being able to use the calling tools was pretty straightforward. The onboarding took a few days with step-by-step training sessions that introduced me to the database features and the dialer capabilities. During these days, I noticed that the automatic updates were being pushed without interrupting my access, which was good. The invoicing and payment setup was handled digitally and without much delay, so I didn't have to chase for anything. What I found noteworthy was that on some days, the telephonic support was more readily available than others, so getting quick assistance was a bit of a mixed experience. Overall though, the workflow felt smooth enough that after the initial setup phase, I started using the software regularly without major issues. If I were to sum it up for a friend, I'd say the starting phase wasn’t rushed but also not overly slow, just a reasonable amount of time to get familiar with everything before jumping in.
