How it matched my work hours: the plus and minus sides
I looked closely at the support and training offerings before deciding to use WFHI’s services. The software’s calling tools and dialer fit fairly well within the typical hours I work each day. It did allow me to schedule calls at convenient times, which made it easier to manage a busy day. On the other hand, there were occasions where the automatic updates seemed to require a reboot or caused brief interruptions during peak work hours. That was a bit inconvenient and disrupted the workflow slightly. Signing up and payment processes were straightforward without any hassle, and the invoice management was clear and easy to access through the dashboard. The training materials provided an overview of how to optimize the workflow but were sometimes generic and didn’t address individual scheduling needs directly. I also found the database feature useful for organizing contacts across multiple projects, though integrating new data sometimes took longer than expected. I appreciated the availability of telephonic support, which helped quickly resolve minor difficulties, but priority assistance was not always readily available during busy times. Overall, the product met several of my scheduling expectations but also had a few areas where adjustment was necessary to fit my actual work patterns properly.
