How I explained the onboarding to a friend, with one small thing to note
When I started the training and onboarding with WFHI, I was expecting a fairly standard procedure, but it exceeded my hopes in many ways. The onboarding flow was clear and well-paced, making it fairly easy to follow despite the occasional technical term thrown in. The training modules matched the description I had seen earlier, so there were no surprises there, which was a relief. However, I did feel that some sections could have been a little more detailed, especially the part about using the dialer efficiently for calling workflows. I also liked how automatic updates kept the software running smoothly without me having to manually check anything, which saved a lot of time during my busy schedule. Overall, the combination of software and training made the experience worthwhile, though I did have to refer back to some training videos a couple of times to fully grasp particular features. If I were to recommend it to a friend, I'd say it’s very good but be prepared to spend a little extra time if you want to master all the features.
