How I'd tell a friend about it: mostly makes sense
When I was looking into WFHI before purchasing, I found the wording on their site fairly clear overall. The labels on most of the menu options made sense, especially on the calling tools and database features which are really central to the workflow. However, I do remember one moment when a particular term on the dashboard was a bit confusing, and I had to call support to clarify what exactly that meant in context. Aside from that, the explanations during sign-up were straightforward enough and the invoice details matched what I expected from the sales chat. I liked that they outlined what was included without overwhelming me with jargon, which made the whole pre-purchase experience easier. I did feel that some of the descriptions on the training sessions could have been simplified or laid out in a bit more understandable fashion, but that wasn’t a major hurdle. Overall, if I were explaining this to a friend, I’d say the way they describe things mostly works, though you might want to ask for clarifications sometimes. It’s a practical setup that mostly aligns with what I was told at first, and that’s reassuring when buying software and services like these.
