How I'd explain their onboarding to a friend
I found the training and onboarding process quite straightforward. It started with some guided steps that introduced me to the main features of the software. However, much of the finer details were things I figured out on my own by experimenting and using the tools as I went along. The initial modules covered the basics clearly, and there were resources available, but the pace of the training expected a bit of proactive digging. I mostly had to learn about the calling tools and database features through direct use rather than from explicit instructions. I also noticed that automatic updates didn’t disrupt my workflow because they happened in the background, which is good for continuous use. The overall experience was less about being hand-held and more about figuring things out at your own rhythm. So, to sum it up in how I'd tell a friend, it's like they give you key pointers upfront but expect you to fill in the blanks yourself, which worked fine for me.
