Mujhe phone support ka bhi response nahi mila timely, jis wajah se frustration badh gaya. Overall, software meri expectations par pura nahi utara kyunki iska order of steps mera kaam aur bhi complex bana diya. Mujhe lagta hai ki is process ko simple aur step-wise banana chahiye taaki naye users ko problem na ho. Ye experience main apne doston ko batana bhi uncommon samjhoongi, kyunki wo mere liye kaafi disappointing tha.
