Honestly wouldn’t pick this again, not fitting my schedule
Hey, so I tried the WFHI software and training hoping it would suit my daily hours, but honestly it just didn’t click for me. The timing and flexibility stuff they mentioned pre-purchase sounded okay, but the actual flow and time commitment was way off from what I work. Most of the training sessions felt like they were designed for folks with very different hours and expectations, which made me feel like I was constantly juggling or missing things. The dialer system worked sometimes but syncing it with my personal schedule was a mess. I had trouble with the database updates as well, sometimes the software would update automatically at weird hours and that disturbed my workflow. So yeah, it was a bit frustrating overall and I don’t think I’d go through it again. I wish I found something that fits better with my own timings. Maybe it’s good for others but for me it was a miss. Total hassle honestly, made me rethink my work-from-home plans.
