Honestly, training kept feeling like a setback
When I started the onboarding with the WFHI training and software, I was optimistic it would gradually get easier over time. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. Although the initial setup felt manageable, the day-to-day experience quickly turned frustrating. The training content itself was fairly detailed, but what dragged me down was how the system behaved once I went beyond the basics. The dialer often refused calls or timed out unexpectedly, which slowed my workflow, making me question how practical the system was for regular use. I’ve also noticed that the database feature, which promised smooth management of contacts, was not intuitive and required repeated manual updates that seemed redundant after a certain point. I spent more time figuring out workarounds than actually using the software efficiently. Telephonic support was available but often took longer than I would have liked to respond, given the immediate nature of the issues. Sometimes, I felt stuck waiting for help rather than progressing. The ongoing updates aimed to improve performance but ended up occasionally resetting some settings, adding to my confusion. Despite the promises during sign-up, the training wasn’t as hands-on or supportive as I would have hoped for the complexities I faced regularly. If I were to explain this experience to a friend, I’d say the software and training didn’t live up to expectations for day-to-day operations and ended up being more of a hassle than a help.
