Honestly, the whole pre-purchase flow felt all over the place
If I had to tell a friend about my experience with the pre-purchase steps, I’d say it was honestly quite frustrating. The order of things just didn’t make sense; I remember trying to access the software demo before actually finalizing any payment or sign-up, but it felt like I was jumping hoops with no clear direction. There was a moment when I thought I might have missed something important during the onboarding, but the instructions or guidance weren't laid out in a smooth sequence. I kept getting emails and messages referring to steps that seemed out of order compared to what I was supposed to do next. It was confusing enough that I hesitated about moving forward. The sales process seemed to expect me to understand parts of the software before I’d even been given a chance to familiarize myself properly through training or trial runs. The invoicing and payment stuff was somewhat fine, at least straightforward, but the overall sequence left me unsure about whether I was even ready to commit. It just gave me the impression that the flow wasn’t really designed keeping user ease in mind, so I didn’t feel very positive about it.
