Honestly, the support explanations didn’t really make the cut for me
I’ve had a few rounds of telephonic support with WFHI while setting up the calling tools and database features, and to be frank, it was a mixed bag. On one hand, the team did respond fairly quickly and eventually helped me get through some initial hurdles. However, their explanations often felt vague or overly technical without breaking things down adequately, which didn’t help my confidence as a user new to this kind of software. For example, when trying to understand how automatic updates might affect my workflow, I was left more confused than clear. The training content was decent but could not substitute for the kind of real-time clarity I was after from support. On the positive side, signing up and payment process was smooth with clear invoicing, so at least that part didn’t add to my stress. But overall, talking to support felt like a frustrating cycle—partial answers followed by calls that stretched longer than necessary. If I were explaining this to a friend, I’d say it was hit-or-miss, with more misses than hits in terms of clear assistance provided.
