honestly, the onboarding fit my weird hours pretty well
So I wasn’t sure how the training would go since my working hours are all over the place but honestly, wfhi’s onboarding made it pretty manageable. They offer sessions that I could join live or watch later on-demand, so if I missed something cuz of my odd timing I could just catch up. It was nice that the training didn’t expect a strict 9-to-5 commitment, meaning I didn’t feel pressured to be online at a specific time every day. The pace was chill too, so it wasn’t a rush to cram everything. Signing up and getting access to the calling tools happened quickly, and the database felt intuitive after a bit. The invoicing part was clear and straightforward, so I could handle payments without sweating. Overall, I’d say it’s one of the few setups where my real-life hours aligned pretty well with what was expected without hassle or weird timing complaints from their side.
