Honestly, the labels and wording felt confusing at first

When I first looked at the WFHI sales page and onboarding materials, I have to say the wording and labels used felt somewhat confusing. I remember trying to understand exactly what each package included and what the different terms meant, and it took me a while to get a clear picture. The terms sometimes felt broad or overlapped, which made it difficult to compare options quickly. My reflection now, after using the system for a few weeks, is that while the actual signing up and invoicing was clear enough, the initial explanation during pre-purchase phase could have been better streamlined. For example, describing what access and software licenses entailed felt vague. Even the way training sessions were labeled created some hesitation—I wasn't sure if they were included or separate. I’d tell a friend that if they really want to join, they should prepare for some back and forth and ask clarifying questions first because the labels might not make perfect sense at a glance. Support was helpful when contacted, but that initial confusion could definitely discourage some people.
