honestly, support was quicker than I thought
I didn’t expect the telephonic support to be this responsive honestly. The usual thought is you call and end up waiting forever or get a rushed answer but here that was surprisingly not the case. I found them pretty clear in their explanations, so I might not need to call again soon, but if I do, I feel like it’ll be handled well. Sign-up and payment were straightforward too, which was nice. The only small thing is that sometimes during the training the instructions were a bit formal and took me a minute to comprehend fully. Apart from that, the database and dialer tools work fine on a day-to-day basis, no major hiccups. Overall, quite pleased with how things have gone so far and the support really exceeded my low expectations, so I'd say that's what stood out the most for me.
